FYDE is led by Julian R. Decker, a Broadway performer, producer, and educator. His perspective connects the experience of making the work with the practical demands of developing careers, projects, and creative collaborations.

That perspective shapes how FYDE works with artists and partners: personally, collaboratively, and with attention to what can continue growing beyond a single engagement.
